This bakery called Martha's in Queens has the best red velvet cupcakes! The icing is so great and not too sweet;)
for Shreveport-Buttercups! I CRAVE them! the wedding cake cupcake is the best there ever was...I love love love their icing. As a cake baker myself I think I have a sophisticated palate (lol) and I taste the quality in their cupcakes.
In Shreveport hands down Buttercups. I LOVE LOVE LOVE those things. I seriously think there is an addictive agent added to them because even my husband will pay 33 bucks for a dozen cupcakes. LOL and then say to himself its a shame while eating them. LOL
